Last week I had a chance to take a walk with a co-worker around the Carmel, California, area. Needless to say, it lived up to my expectations. For me this trip had an added signifigance since a portion of the area flooded during the very strong storm we had back in January.



Carmel is one of the main attractions for tourists in this area due to a large number of boutique shops, fine dining establishments, and its very close proximity to the beach.
